What is ASTRA STORE's return and exchange policy?
We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy for all items in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached). Contact us on WhatsApp to arrange a pickup for returns or exchanges.
How long does delivery take inside Egypt?
Standard delivery takes 2–3 business days for Cairo and Giza, and 3–5 business days for Alexandria, Delta, and Upper Egypt. Express next-day shipping is available for Cairo orders placed before 2:00 PM.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently support Cash on Delivery (COD) on all orders across Egypt. Additional payment methods may be added soon.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you can track it using your Order ID or Tracking Code on our Track Order page. You can also contact us on WhatsApp for a live update.
Are ASTRA fabrics locally sourced?
We use premium Egyptian organic long-staple cotton for our heavyweight knits and t-shirts. Some specialty fabrics are imported from leading mills in Italy and Belgium to guarantee structural longevity.
Do you ship outside Egypt?
Currently we deliver across Egypt only. International shipping is being evaluated and will be announced on our social media channels.
